Notes: I initially assumed this photo was in Myanmar because there was no indication my grandfather reached China. However, my colleague and friend Dr. Sylvia Chan-Malik conferred with her father, Mr. Ting Chung Chan, who is from China and recognized the attire of the young boy in photo as something he wore as a youth.
